Layana can't wait until she is old enough to get her hands on her trust fund and be free from her parents. She was brought up to look pretty and was told to marry a rich guy. She has no real friendships. After a few years, she is not as free as she thought. She's still in the same environment, attending the same social events she was supposed to be free from. In one of those events, she meets Brant.
Brant is a wizard with computers. He's sweet and caring but has issues keeping up dates since he's dedicated to his work.

"Quietly confident. Unassuming. Gorgeous. Intense interest that didn't play games."

Lee is the complete opposite of Brant. He doesn't apologize for his behavior. He can be selfish and arrogant. Layana tries to fight her attraction to Lee but she can't seem to stay away from him.
Deciding who to keep in her life will mean loosing one of them.

My thoughts:

This book was different with a good story. I did guess the twist early on but it didn't distract me from enjoying the ride. I liked both Brant and Lee and I just wished she could have kept both guys in her life. At the beginning of the book I was shocked by the way she was meddling with one of the guys life but in a twisted way I understood it.

Cliffhanger: No
