This Book Will Change Your Life
by Amanda Weaver

Take a chance and change your life…

College was supposed to be where Hannah’s hard work paid off, but the major in honors chemistry she’s been working towards since childhood is slipping away. Worse, she’s not sure she wants it anymore. Salvation comes from an unlikely place—a used bookstore and Ben, the passionate college senior who works there.

Ben’s trapped in a life mapped out for him. Trapped in a future career as a lawyer to make his father happy. Trapped pursuing a girl he doesn't even like because she fits into a world he doesn’t want, but can’t escape. But then he meets Hannah. And for the first time, he knows what it means to truly want something.

So he gives in to being her friend. Then to wanting her. Then to kissing her. And within the freedom of his impulsivity, both of their carefully planned lives begin to fall apart...

I went into this book wanting a cute and fun romance book, and that is exactly what I got. I was so pleased with this book! I was especially happy with the romance. I thought the romance in this book was just so cute and well written. Sure, the couple had some drama that drove me crazy, but I feel like that happens in every book. I thought Ben and Hannah were absolutely adorable together. I loved watching their relationship develop. It was so heart warming. I felt like I was watching a cute romance movie.

I thought the old bookstore setting added such a romantic feel to the book. As a book lover, I adored seeing the characters in a bookstore and bonding over books. The only thing that bothered me about the bookstore setting was that the characters would talk about books I have never read before. Of course, this is no fault of the author. However, I wish that the books were made up or something so I didn't feel completely left out of the conversation. That being said, I thought it was so cute that Ben and Hannah bonded over books. It made me want to find a guy who works at a bookstore, and fall in love with him. Essentially, Amanda created my perfect man, and put him in a book. I still think about Ben and how he would be literally perfect for me in the real world. Ben was smart, caring, funny, and just adorable. Sure, I got annoyed with some of his decisions in the book, but I still loved him. I feel like I am in love with him. I WANT HIM.

Him, with glasses? SWOON.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book! Some of the drama was a little immature and unbelievable, and sometimes the characters were just plain stupid. However, those things aside, this was such a fun book. I had a great time reading this book. If you are looking for a fun and cute new adult romance book, then I definitely recommend that you check this book out!
