Tracey Rooks won the lottery, I mean the University lottery. Eagle Elite University gives a spot to a lucky student every year and this year Tracey is the winner. When her grandpa drops her at the school she soon realizes that there is a group called the Elect who run the school. The rules must be followed or they will make her life a living hell. Tracey tries to keep her head down and out of trouble but Nixon, The Elect leader is obsessed with torturing her or so it seems, until something changes between them.

I liked Tracey. She was innocent and sweet and I hated Nixon at times for hurting her feelings over and over again. In a way, Tracey was very strong since she kept on going to school despite the bullying.
The one thing I didn't like about Nixon was his hot and cold behavior. (Pick one kid, you can't have it both ways). I did warm up to him the more I learned about his past.
I like books were the hero and heroine don't like each other at the beginning and later on they do.
I can't finish the review without mentioning how awesome Chase was. He was my favorite secondary character for sure.

Cliffhanger : No
A complimentary copy was provided by the publisher via Net Galley in exchange for an honest review.
