One Tiny Lie (Ten Tiny Breaths #2) by K.A. Tucker

One Tiny Lie
One Tiny Lie is about Kacey's sister Olivia "Livie" Cleary. Livie is finally going to college. She is excited about Princeton and she already has mapped her future as a Pediatric Oncologist. Kacey's is not sure Olivia is one hundred percent well. She asks her to talk to Dr. Stayner. He starts calling her and starts making her do chores to deal with her anxiety.

“So I hear you’re a ticking time bomb.”

While visiting Princeton Kacye forces Livie to attend a toga party and here is where Livie gets her first kiss by none other than Ashton Henley.

Ashton is the captain of the men's rowing team. He is handsome, smart and can get any girl he wants. But, once he kisses Livie (who he nicknames Irish)  he can't seem to stay away for too long even though he keeps on telling her that they will never work.  He is hiding secrets from her.

With the help of Dr Stayner and Ashton, Livie will find herself questioning all her preconceived decisions including her major, school and whom to date.

“Because you’re not a one-night girl, Irish.” Leaning in to place a kiss on my jawline, he whispers, “You’re my forever girl.”

Livie's story was sweet. The night she meets Ashton made me laugh more than once. I can already see the tattoos in my mind. Ashton and "Irish" together were passionate.
The more I learned about Ashton the more I liked him. He had a rough past and felt trapped in many ways. In the end, I was happy where the story took them.

I enjoyed seeing past characters back and especially liked how carefree and happy Kacey is with Trent and life itself. I'm glad she has healed completely.

We meet new characters (Ty, Grant) and I would like to read some of their stories too. I felt bad for Connor. I was not very happy with the love triangle and how long it lasted. If I have any complaints it would be that. Livie should have ended things immediately as soon as she figured out she was attracted to Ashton.

My favorite secondary character without a doubt was Dr. Stayner. He has become this family's savior. If I needed a psychiatrist I wouldn't mind being his patient. He is just that awesome.

1- I’m brilliant 2- I’m charming 3- I’m hung like a thoroughbred 4- I’ve stopped all philandering 5- I’m highly skilled, as you’ve learned the other night P.S. Stop staring at my hands. I know what you want me to do with them.
