Arranged (Arranged, #1) by Sara Wolf

Arranged
ARC provided by author in exchange for an honest review.

Arranged is the story of Rose Jensen. She is a nineteen year old UCLA college girl.  She is attending school on a scholarship and this is good because things at home are not great.  Her parents are struggling financially and their business is in danger.
Rose doesn't have time to party or have boyfriends. Her goal is to keep her GPA to keep her scholarship but when she meets Leo her priorities become blurry.

Leo Montenegro is an exchange student.  He is half-spanish and he recently transfered to UCLA. But his motives are not solely a great education. No, he has a reason, a selfish reason. He wants freedom from his father and maybe marrying Rose is the answer their grandfathers have provided.

Now, can Leo convince Rose that their union could work? Or is a dangerous ex going to prevent their happiness?

Arranged has funny parts. I like the way H/h  meet and I liked Leo from the get go.  I like Rose too although she was naive at times.
Secondary characters like Grace, Jenn and Rose's brother helped made the story multidimensional.
With certainty I can say I hated Keira.
I must warn you, this book ends in a cliffhanger.

"And I love you. Don't forget that. No matter what happens from now on-never forget that."
