Thoughtful is written in Kellan's POV.

My disclaimer is that I LOVE Kellan. He was amazing in the series and he still was in this book too.

I felt so bad for him just like I did when I was reading Kiera's POV. My heart broke for him every time Kiera didn't pick him. 

That's the one thing that changed by reading his POV. I never hated Kiera during the series. I understood why she was so torn. She had to decide between her first love and safety and her first passion and an unknown future. I did get upset with her every time she hurt Kellan and I wanted to ring her neck a little but I never disliked her. 

During Thoughtful I felt no sympathy for her. I wanted Kellan happy and when he gets the girl, I was happy for him but not for Kiera. Kellan only wanted one thing in life. For someone to love him and to take away his loneliness. He wanted a connection with another soul. He wanted to be chosen after growing up in a family were neither parent cared for him.

Overall it was great to prepare me for Griffin.
