More Than Him (More #3) by Jay McLean

More than Him
More than Him is the conclusion of Logan and Amanda's love story.

Logan left and tried to stay away from Amanda. He wanted her to have a normal life. In the meantime, he has left the country and thanks to his awesome dad, joined Doctor's without borders.
Logan misses Amanda all the time. He writes to her, he keeps a diary and it's heart wrenching to read how devastated he is and how his PTSD is affecting him.

Amanda is suffering, she is not living. She is a shell of the person she used to be and nothing will bring her back except Logan.

When they see each other for the first time after a year, the whole world disappears and it's just them.

“You took my nightmares and turned them into dreams”

Logan won't make the same mistakes and getting through to Amanda is the only thing that gives him purpose to continue. The road is not easy and people close to Amanda may not be able to forgive him.

I love this group.  All the secondary characters are important. As always drunk Lucy is hilarious.  Logan's dad was still awesome (can he get his own book??)  and I even felt bad for Heidi by the end of the book. NOT BEFORE, before - I almost hated her.

Next is Cam and Lucy's story.  Hurry up Mrs McLean and finish it. I already love this couple.

“I don't think anything, or anyone, is ever going to keep me away from you. I love you way too much. You're my heart, my world, my light.”
