Max and Sara just had their daughter.  They are trying to navigate their way around parenthood, while still maintaining their relationship.

This novella is super short and sweet.  Every time Max and Sara get a few minutes alone, the baby cries or (if they have a sitter) they have to rush home.  They eventually find a balance and what works for them.  Like in BEAUTIFUL STRANGER, Max and Sara make the perfect team.

Max is so amazing with his new daughter.  He loves and is already wrapped around her little baby finger.  That and his British accent are definitely the hottest things I’ve ever read.

It was so nice seeing a bit more of the crew and watch them joke around with each other.  Once again, like all the others in the series, this novella had me laughing throughout the whole thing.

“Let us watch the kiddo.  We’re her godparents, right?”  He held up a hand, keeping me from answering.  “I mean, I know you haven’t decided yet, but we’d be way better than Chloe and Bennett because let’s be real:  they’re assholes.”  - Will

It also really got me excited for BEAUTIFUL SECRET.  I have a feeling Niall’s book is going to be unputdownable, and unforgettable.

Max and Sara are dealing with being parents for the first time. After four months of sleepless nights they are finally ready to leave Annabel with someone else.

Things don't go as planned. Dates turn bad and baby issues keep on cutting their nights short.
Just when they are about to quit trying,  Niall steps in. Niall is Max's brother. He's visiting from across the pond and he has the magic touch with babies.

Finally Sara and Max can have a night to remember.

The novella was fun to read. You get a little bit of all the lovable characters.
I do believe the best part is that you get to meet Niall. Everything I read makes me crazy for his book.

Cliffhanger:No

Max and Sara have a new little beloved, Annabel.  They're blissfully happy, but sleep deprived and missing the sex life they had before their precious four-month-old came along.  They are determined to get some alone time and it's so much fun to watch. It's one mishap after another.

As I expected, it was so cute to see Max as a daddy.  But, even cuter was Uncle Niall.  I'm so excited for his book!

"I love my baby more than anything in the world, but I want hours and hours. I want to bang my husband  until he can't remember his name."
