“It’s not over yet, Bianca. It’s not over until everyone pays. Enjoy the bright lights. Darkness will soon be yours again, but don’t
fear. I’m always here.”
HOLY MOLY! DISILLUSIONED had me on the edge of my seat,
totally mind-blowned. DISILLUSIONED
starts right where ILLUSION (book 1) ends.
So if you haven’t read book one,
stop reading this and go read it! It’s amazing!
Bianca is trying to figure out what really happened to her
parents, but digging for the truth is not safe for her. After being kidnapped and taken to an island,
she has no idea who she can trust. Can Jakob be trusted after everything Bianca
has discovered?
"Bianca, the first time I saw your face I was taken aback by the feelings that invaded my body. It was the first time I'd ever been drawn to someone just with a glance. When I sat down at the table with you, you made me laugh as you mumbled to yourself, and I knew right away that you were someone different, someone special. As I got to know you on the island, I was attracted to your body and to your brain and I have been captivated by you ever since."
Will Bianca follower
her heart and trust Jakob? Or will she
follow her head and keep her distance?
I read a lot. And never have I EVER read a book that has had me so confused (in a good way). While reading, I felt like I knew exactly what is going on then BAM, something changed and everything I though I knew was wrong. Then I’d think “okay, you can trust him, Bianca, he’s hot and sweet and so loving”, then I’d want to scream at Bianca, “don’t trust him, he’s a liar”.
Yes, the whole time I was talking (or screaming) at the characters.
(and I'm loving every minute of it)
JS Cooper’s writing had me entranced from the first
book. The time flew by while reading and
I didn’t realize hours passed until I finished.
If you are looking for a hot, unique, suspenseful romance—you
need to read ILLUSION AND DISILLUSIONED.
It’ll have you hot and bothered on the edge of your seat until the very
last page.
These are my feelings as I read the last page!!!
