Take a look at the Q&A with author Jenny Holiday, author of the Bridesmaids Behaving Badly series
Summer Q&A with Jenny Holiday
What is your dream vacation destination if money were no object?
Jenny: A really long stay in London where I can rent a place to function as a home base. Then a mix of urban stuff and shorter trips to other areas. But the key to my ideal vacation is that it’s long enough that I can get into the rhythm of the place and establish routines and not feel like I have to cram every day with as much as I can.
Aside from reading, what's your favorite beach activity?
Jenny: Playing in the waves.
Favorite author to read in the summer?
Jenny: Someone who writes light, romp-y historical romances, like Tessa Dare.
Favorite reading spot?
Jenny: When I was a kid it was up the willow tree in the backyard. Now it’s just my bed! I prefer to be horizontal when I read!
Where did you get your inspiration for your latest book?
Jenny: The inspiration came for the series as a whole. Its title—Bridesmaids Behaving Badly—sort of says it all. I wanted to gently poke fun at how all the tasks and expense and time that go into being a bridesmaid in the modern world.
