Mine (Real #2) by Katy Evans

ARC provided by author in exchange for an honest review.

This is the second book in the Real series.
It starts with Remy and Brooke back together.  They are so very happy. He is training to restart the Underground boxing season.  He is determined to win the championship and nothing will stop him this time.

Soon things change and when Brooke has to stay behind, her insecurities get the best of her.  Can Remy be alone with all those groupies and remain faithful?
To makes matter worse her sister is back. She is making the wrong choices and Remy is helping her again (Stop Remy- she doesn't deserve it!).
Also, Remy has to battle his own demons and the fights.

Could Brooke survive Remy getting hurt again? Will she need to choose between her sibling or the man she loves?

I LOVE Remington Tate.  He is this awesome fighter who has never felt love but is capable of tremendous love for his woman. He can be super tender but at the same time he is this lion who will protect Brooke with his life.  There is no doubt in my mind about it. Remy is not ashamed to show Brooke just how much he loves her and I thought his possessiveness was endearing.

I love how much music plays a part in their love. I love the meaning of the roses. I love their alone time.

Now, Brooke is a different story, she was insecure and at times I felt she was immature too but not enough to make me crazy.
She had Remy from the moment she came back but couldn't believe it at times.
How many times does the man have to tell you he loves you and you are his before you believe him Brooke?  tsk tsk tsk. You better wake up and realize how head over heels he is for you or I may enter the ring against you lady.

If you haven't read Mine, you must and soon you will join the Remy's riptide.

Real (Real, Raw & Ripped #1) by Katy Evans

Real
This is my first book where the leading man is a fighter, and did I pick right or what!

Brooke Adams is young and has just finished school. She is looking for a new job. Her best friend decides to take her to an underground fight.
This is the moment her life changes.
When fighter Remington Tate comes out, she can't help but stare at him. And when his blue eyes and smile stop at her face, she feels like melting.
Even more surprising is that Remy wants to hire her as his physical therapist. She accepts the position.
They are both extremely attracted to each other, and they communicate with the music in their IPADs.
Which is the reason "Iris" has a new meaning to me.
Remy has some secrets. Opening up to Brooke will be very hard.
Brooke also has some problems with her sister too.

Love this book. I love Remy. Brooke was awesome too. There is no triangle. There is no cliffhanger.
There are so many good lines in this book, my kindle has so many bookmarks.
I can't wait for book two.
