Amanda Nelson is a young girl. She is a good girl but unfortunately, she starts hanging around with older kids and this has terrible consequences for her.
Amanda grew up in an abusive home with a drug addict mom. She really hasn't had a good life. She does have great friends, Ann and Mark. During her senior year she meets Chris and thankfully he is a sweetheart.
It is very easy to fall in love with Chris.
I'm giving this book 3 stars. I liked it and I thought that the story was believable. I felt bad for Amanda's life so far. I'm just not sure she is done hurting. This book has a cliffhanger and I really dislike them.
I will read the next book because I'm very interested in Chris and Amanda's relationship. I also like Mark a lot. And last but not least I want to know what Brad wants.
